Teaches intellectual property and image rights

Enric Enrich is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property law, image rights, and international law, subjects on which he teaches and writes. He represents clients in various sectors of the entertainment and cultural industries, such as music, audiovisual, art in general, publishing, design, photography, sports, and media, in all matters related to negotiation, contract drafting, and conflict resolution. He teaches various courses and programs related to intellectual property and image rights.

At Croma Legal & Copyrait, we provide legal advice on matters related to creativity, innovation, new technologies, privacy, advertising, reputation, and competition law. The firm has been featured in various directories. We work with professionals from different fields: musicians, photographers, artists, designers… as well as with companies from different sectors of the cultural industries and of different sizes, from start-ups to multinationals. We adapt to each case, sector, and size.

“I want to convey to students the basic principles of law that will affect any photographic activity they undertake, bearing in mind that they are not lawyers. The aim is to teach them, from a theoretical and practical perspective, the red flags that may arise in relation to copyright (of the photograph you create or use) and image rights (of the people who appear in the photographs), and the types of contracts used for the transfer of rights.”
