Screenwriter, director and playwright
A graduate of ESCAC, Miguel Ibáñez Monroy has built a distinguished career across film, television and theatre. He has co-written acclaimed films including The Distances, Els encantats, The Sleeping Woman and Frontera, as well as television series such as Cites and Boca Norte. As a director, his short film Iago and Tristan has been selected at more than one hundred international film festivals and received numerous awards.
