‘Malasangre’ is a thesis short film from the Master’s in Audiovisual Creation and Direction, conceived as a social denunciation of the severe—and often invisible—crisis of evictions in Spain.

The story narrates the relationship between a mother and a daughter facing an imminent eviction. This extreme situation will lead them to make irrevocable decisions about the young woman’s future, intertwining a tale of familial love with a raw reflection of social reality.
